Fast Adsense Approval Tips

AdSense yeah, every blogger wants that but as a blogger especially the new one should AdSense be the first thing that comes to your mind? well, the answer is no!!

Most bloggers are not passionate about blogging, they just want to monetize their blog immediately they start blogging. I came across a question on Quora where a blogger was complaining that he started blogging 5 days ago and he applied for AdSense but isn't getting a reply from Google.  If bloggers continue with such mentality then in three years’ time, we will hardly find a blogger who blogs for the love of it.

Bloggers who are blogging for the sole purpose of AdSense monetizing, might not cope in the world of blogging. Getting AdSense approval is no child's Play, it takes time, commitment, and not forgetting good communication and writing skills.

Before applying for AdSense, you should ask yourself these questions.

• Is my blog worthy to show ads?
• Are my articles informative enough to get readers coming back? 
• Is my blog optimized for it to appear among the first page of Google Search results or other search engines? 
• Is my blog well design for easy access to the readers?
• Are my images optimized for fast loading am I content not just long but readable and understandable for an average user?

These are questions ask yourself and sincerely if you find yourself wanting or can't answer positively to the questions, then you obviously, are not ready for Google AdSense.

Blogging should be a thing of passion and not just a medium of getting easy money. most bloggers are misguided and the majority are into it because they feel it is an easy way of making money online.

Before applying for AdSense, you should Ensure that the following requirements are met:

Navigation:  Ensure your blog is well built with easy navigation panel and it should be at the top of your blog's header. This is the basic and simplest thing but most bloggers ignore it. This will help your readers easily find their way while visiting your page.  Basic features like home button, search, translate (if you are trying to reach a wider audience outside your country or your language).

It should also cover links to all the types of services or categories of articles provided by your blog. 

For example, if you are a tech blogger and you also post about sports and fashion, you should have different headers that would lead readers directly to each category without scrolling and manually looking for them.

This is a great trick to help optimize your page and keep your readers interested in your content because statistics has it that 80% of page visitors exit a page immediately they get confused or stranded.

Pages:  pages are essential for any blog because they are a stand-alone page that is all that should be constantly on every webpage of your blog. 

You might get confused but let me break it down. Bloggers who are keen on getting AdSense verification, I advise you if you haven't done this then do it right away. Create pages that would appear in every part of your blog, these pages should be about: Privacypolicy, about us, contact us, site map and if your blog allows comments then a comment policy is necessary.

These pages could be at the top or the bottom of your blog (Header or Footer) but if it's left to me, I would advise you to put it at the header of your blog. This is a necessary condition that all bloggers should adhere to.

Adult Contents:  I think this shouldn't have a major emphasis placed on it.

Google does not support adult content if you have adult content on your blog remove it!! Google is a general company that believes the internet should be a safe place for everyone especially the kids so publishing adult contents like Pornographic Images, videos, and articles that promote sex is highly prohibited and that will leave your site blacklisted by Google and Google would never show ads on such a website.

Unique Contents: This is by far the most important part of any blog. It doesn't matter if you want to monetize your website or not but it is 100% recommended that your articles be unique and when I say unique, I mean content that is mainly written by yourself and not copied from another source. 

This would be a serious problem for lazy bloggers and also for the bloggers who are into it for just monetization.

Blogging is all about passion and that is why all bloggers are advised to blog only about things they are passionate for, this will help them get ideas on content to write and also make their content unique.

Take for example a photographer creating a Food blog or a cooking blog, it is most likely that he or she would return to external sources for articles to publish and end up copying and pasting without adding value and such blogger usually get rejected by Google AdSense the major issue of scrapped content.

Bloggers should also note that scrapped content can also be in the form of images and videos so make sure images and videos posted on your originally yours or authorized for reuse.

Readability: This is mostly mistaken by blogger Who have issues with writing unique content and use tools that help rewrite articles and make them look unique.

Aside from writing unique articles, your content should be very readable and easily understood that if a thirteen-year-old goes reads it, the child would understand what you are talking about.

Article writing tools are for lazy blogger (my apologies if it offends you) but blogging should be a serious activity that shouldn't the left for an AI or an online tool to perform.

Content that is rewritten by such tools is usually filled with errors that might not be recognized by the blogger because he is too lazy to read through the whole content. 

These content writing tools abuse to find synonyms or Words that are similar to the original content and spinning them to look like a new content but these tools usually get the content wrong and spin it in a way that the reader gets more confused and  this would reduce the number of readers of visitors that visit your page. Make sure each sentence is understandable and all words are spelled correctly with punctuation used appropriately.

Grammarly is a great tool that can help you proofread your articles and make sure they are readable and understandable; I still advise you manually read your articles before publishing them to the public.

Custom Domain: As a blogger, this should be the first thing you should do after acquiring your blog. Sites like WordPress and Blogspot offer free domain names that end with extensions like blogger.com and wordpress.com. They are free for as long as you want, but there are many disadvantages to using these free domain names.

Firstly, if your domain name is long and also has a long extension like blogspot.com, Your site visitors would find it very difficult to remember your URL and this will cost you a huge amount of page visits daily especially for upcoming and not so popular blogs.

Secondly, if you choose to continue with the free domain name and finally get approved for AdSense, you will get complications in the future if you decide to buy a custom domain name because Ads won't show on your new domain and you will be required to reapply with your new URL and you won't get ads showing on your blog until it gets verified.
